What a terrific service to provide! I’d wanted to try snowshoeing for a while, and having some snowshoes - FREE - to try it was a good incentive. Snowshoes were easy to figure out how to put on and in good repair. And the staff at Morden pharmacy was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic tramping through golf course and along creek. Thanks for providing this great service!

These snowshoes seem to be high quality and are very easy to put on and tighten. The online booking system is relatively easy to use and the staff at Morden Pharmacy during pick-up and drop-off is very friendly and helpful. This program is a great idea and appears to be well administered so far. One thing I would recommend as a user and participant in the program is for the City to implement more safeguards against abuse in the form of a valid credit card being provided when setting up the user account in order to prevent abuse or theft. I would hate to see the program discontinued because of abuse. Thanks for the opportunity to snowshoe for free in the Pembina Valley!
